As I said in your Hinata piece, try to be careful about not drawing a person as an outline, and then adding in the details. Something you could do to practice is take the picture this is based off of and separate it into shapes you can use as guidelines. For example, her arm: the hand could be shaped like an oven mitt while you practice, the forearm is an elongated cylinder, and the upper arm is 1/4ths longer then the forearm. Her ribcage can be egg shaped, right below it is an almost box shape, followed by the V that her groin makes.
Try practicing anatomy by doing this with real life photographs, since anime and manga are almost real life...if you exclude the usually overly long legs.
