Hmm... the fingers look a little odd for some reason (might just be that purple glow), and there's something about her eyes that sort of bug me. I think it's because she's looking away from the camera and off to the left...
Outside of that though, damn those shadows and textures are gorgeous. I don't know why, but for some reason I feel as if this is better than the other stuff you've been posting as of late.

the fingers probably look a little odd from the purple glow, the depth of field making them kind of blurry, and the actual mesh; hard to make realistic looking fingers, they're usually rounded off tubes.
personally i like the eyes not looking at the camera; like the character is engaged in something and i (the viewer) am a bystander... all personal taste of course.
