That is a powerful work of art. It has some emotional effect and a estique feel to it. The why thing seem a little sinister to me which I didn't wanna see anyways. I know what it for.

I don't think the picture is shit. I think it shows a huge amount of emotion which is expressed through the composition and details rather than a facial arrangement, and that is far from shit. I love how sinister this is...it looks like she's written the word on the wall in the blood from her own fingers, as if she's been trying to dig through the wall with her bare hands. That perfectly captures the feeling of frustration and hurt.
