well that was before she was in that volcano and then when she was freed she rebulit it there and then was trapped again and because celestia got lazy didnt bother to find the new one tehy started one and then she was released and then finished the castle thing and then attacks again and they find it there. There's so many other gaps too. Like Pinkie Pie in her videos to Flurry Heart said that she was flung back to her Kingdom saying that we already knew where the Kingdom was. In the comics they had pony jailors so saying that it happens after she escaped is a far fetched thing.
So if according to Pinkie Pie the changeling Kingdom was always in one place since last time the changelings were seen that means it was always in the badlands. Case closed.

I agree. Trixie and Discord have learned how to keep their egos to a minimum so who says Chrysalis can't do the same? I can see her making snarky remarks at her former enemies.
Chrysalis did multiple jobs at once back when she was in charge including being a mother towards the newborns, in which I like to think helped brighten her mood. Maybe she can take the job of being a motherly figure once she accepts friendship.
