This is why I think its usually a bad idea for white people to get Kanji tattoo's lol
But the character does have the meaning of "the end" as in "the end of the month" "the end of the begginning" ect ect.

I think what I like most about this picture is the fact that it isn't sharp0looking -- not even the eyes. It's soft and blurred and you just don't see that very often when you see evil-eyed looking people
