I modeled it myself (:
I didn't use any special program just Cinema 4D, but if you are looking to import your world there is a really good program out there called Mineways, it's really easy to use and I hope I helped (:
If you want to learn how to model like I did there are many tutorials on Youtube on how to model Minecraft items and blocks.

I think there is a mod that allows you to change gravity and make worlds like that but I'm not sure, I think I saw it in a video a long time ago : P
