Edit:
Proportions (especially, the NOSE), color balance, signature date, and screen resolution (it's bigger, yay).
I got mental block for the background and for my new signature. So another minimal style for me! I decided to apply the background for his name theme which is "Ice Mountain" but I never drew mountains there, instead, a snow again!
I enjoyed the brush textures and I redo-ed some disproportions in there.
I'll be using this for my album cover art for the rest of my covers!

It's Hiyama Kiyoteru, he is one of the vocaloids. Well, there are a lot of vocaloids out there those need more attention than Hatsune Miku and the Kagamine Twins.
