Overall the image is great! Everything hits the mark and it looks like it was ripped straight out of the game. The only issue is that it's a bit too dark and with the black robes of the Firekeeper blending in with the dark background it's actually fairly hard to see the subject (you) and takes the focus away from you and all the amazing work you put into the outfit.
Making the fire shine just a bit brighter on your face and upper chest to get a more even look of light/dark should easily fix that and make guiding the viewer's eye from the flame, to your, head, and the detailing on the robes on your chest easier.
Also as a side note the Photoshopped flame looks great.

this looks really good but, shouldn't there be some glare of the flames on you, just a bit. unless the flame is just in her head.
