I like the thing with the bat ears. Keep them small, though, so they don't become distracting. I think that you should also make sure the clothes look torn and dirty (with a punkish flair). This guy will be getting in a fight with anyone!

Yeah, man. Hidden daggers on each leg would be cool. Also make it a small crossbow; excelent for shooting enemies in the back when they try to retreat.
