"Grammar Nazi"- A nickname used to describe someone who constantly corrects and/or insult the grammar mistakes of others, in order to make them seem more intelligent.You're- A contraction of the words "you" and "are".
Examples:
(1) You're a fanbrat
(2) I don't understand why you're looking up things on Youtube to complain about.
Your- possessive form of you.
Examples:
(1) Your SonAmy journal was hilarious.
(2) You need to practice on your grammar.
"You're grammar...saddens me..."= You are grammar...saddens me...
You have failed, kid. Maybe if you did more of your homework, you wouldn't be making simple mistakes like this while you try to insult others.

It's hard to reason to him. He has caused nothing but trouble for me and many other fans. And he doesn't seem to like me too well. If you want, you can mention my name to him and watch him rant about how I "stalk" him and how I never shut up about his quote, "Self-Proclaimed=Confirmed".
And yes, I will agree. He is hypocrite and he is a bad liar. He actually lied to his friend (twice) just to get a good image when his friend saw what I was doing.

That sounds just about right. He never seems to like it when someone makes fun of a character or pairing that he likes, but he doesn't mind insulting fans for their favorites. And he acts like he is "smart". I even saw him once say that he is "more smarter thanο»Ώ anyone in that oldschool group". I'm an oldschool fan and I can guarantee that I'm smarter than him (I might post that printscreen up later, just so everyone who "knows" him can see what he thinks of some of the fans). I'm smart enough not to make a big deal over fictional characters
He admitted to me once that he enjoys being a "Grammar Nazi". However, he sucks at actually being one. Plus, I consider grammar insults as a "low blow" in an argument. Usually, people use it when they are losing an argument. By insulting the other person's grammar, they might appear to be the more "intelligent" person.

I have my favorites and I have the ones that I dislike. But I will never do what he does and go look for other fans to insult. It's a big waste of time. And as long as you don't insult my favorites in front of me (like in one of my deviations or in a comment that is directed to me) or try forcing me to like your favorites, I won't bother you.
He still is kind of a Grammar Nazi, he just still sucks at being one. And he is starting to call himself a "troll". All I see is an attention seeker, not a real troll.

I always noticed the "your" and You're" thing or, even better, "there, their, and they're" and "to, too and two." lol

It's worthless on having a fight on the internet lol. Especially over Grammar lmao.
I tend to spend a few minutes revising every word I write in case I do miss spell something or use the wrong word but if I'm not sure I usually put a ( sp? )next to it to at least let others know I get confused on that word. XD
That last sentence has something wrong about the word choice.. D: fffff. Too lazy to fix lol.
I ain't too perfect at it though of course. And I at least admit to it if I do make a mistake lol.
But lol, that's more sad that a GN did that. If he admits it, it's okay but, if he denies then that's just sad, so sad. |D

I rarely make any mistakes in my grammar. But I would never insult anyone else for their grammar mistakes because I know that I've made some and I will continue to make them in the future. And I rather not fail like this Grammar Nazi (making a grammar mistake in the insult).
If you asked me, I consider the "grammar insults" kind of a lowblow in an argument. When the person can't think of anything else to say in their defense, they try to insult any minor grammar mistake.

Some people can pull off the whole "Grammar Nazi" look because they barely make any mistakes. This guy....no, he has failed many times before, but he has no problem insulting the grammar mistakes of others. He doesn't seem to know the difference between "your" and "you're". We all mess up in our grammar sometimes. But some people are too stubborn to think that they can even make mistakes (like the guy in the poster). That guy likes to make fun of others, especially if he sees grammar mistakes.
I even told him that not everyone has English as their primary language. He basically just replied back saying that he doesn't care.
