Finished coloring it, my fingers feel a little numb from trying to get the background colors to blend. But overall, I am proud of how this turned out

Second time trying out shading and lighting combined. I think it looks okay. I barely notice the lighting on the finished one. But when I put the finished one with the shading only version that's on my computer next to each other, I notice the difference.

Okay the rest is basically from the lineart submission of this, its the background story. I edited it alittle, so go ahead and read it if you want. In case you forgot what happen before this, here is a link of Oro vs. Nero [link]

Background Story-

As Nero grabbed Oro by the throat and lead him toward the edge of the cliff, Menace tried to get in to fight Nero. But, Erebus stopped him in his path. It was too late, on Erebus's command, Nero let go of Oro. Oro felled down the cliff, slamming his body onto the rocky walls as he tumbled. Oro was as good as gone and Erebus knew it.

But unknown to Erebus, Oro was saved from suffering any more damage by a warp ring. It was Prospera who saved him. As she attended to Oro's wounds, Menace decided to take his chance to defeat Erebus and Nero. Menace did all he could, but it didn't seem like he was making any progress.

After Oro was healed, Prospera made him an offer. Either stay between universes and away from the destruction of Orbis by Nero, or continue to fight. Oro didn't want to leave his friends, so he decided to fight. However, if he was to go back again, he would only repeat the same mistakes. So, Prospera told Oro that in order to become stronger, he must use all of his Emeralds' power. Including the small birth gem that's on his forehead. Oro wasn't really sure how to use that one. In fact, he always thought it was useless, but he agreed that he should at least try.

Back in Orbis, Nero was about to give the final blow to Menace, but Oro appeared and saved him. There, Oro and Nero started fighting again. Oro became Super Oro again and tried to fight back. But he only failed at his attempts and Nero was once again winning.

Desperate to become stronger, something inside him opened up. Awhile back, Erebus gave Oro some dark powers and told him that someday, Oro will decide to use that. Oro refused to use it, but that dark energy was still lingering inside him. That dark energy started taking over Oro and transformed him. His eyes turned completely red, his teeth became sharp, and all of the emeralds seemed to fade to a darker shade. Oro was now faster and stronger, but he couldn't control himself. He seemed to be an equal match to Nero, but Oro would actually try to attack his friends.

Oro went after Mia. He was about to strike her, but Cookie helped Mia by trying to help Oro get back to his senses. Oro struggled but Cookie's kind words finally made Oro snap back to his senses. But, Oro collapsed to the ground. Erebus laughed and repeated a phrase that he told Oro and Menace before.

"Look at your 'king' now. I told you all.....," Erebus said as he looked at everyone, "Those who can't control the darkness, are bound to be controlled by it."

Once Erebus said that, a large explosion occurred where Oro was. Dust was everywhere, covering everyone's view of Oro. Once the dust settled, there stood Oro with a smirk on his face. Oro's fur color has changed from a golden yellow to a silver/white gold color. A blueish aura surrounded him along with small yellow electrical currents.

Oro has become Hyper Oro. And he was ready for another round against Nero and Erebus.
