I'm liking the look of that rough outline shader (assuming it wasn't edited in post and this is the same model from before)

Only thing throwing off the 2D aspect, for me, is the mildly blocky look of the hair towards the forehead. Also some of the shading, like the shadow around the lips, I feel would be more simplified if drawn by hand.

Lastly, I think the outline would look nicer if it's thickness was variable to the distance from the camera. But that's just personal preference.
