I LOVE the title. You did a great job. Actually, this is a damselfly, a daintier and less freaky-ass looking cousin to the nasty, stick-bodied dragonfly. Know how to tell the difference? Besides being cute and dainty-looking, damselflies are smaller, have their eyes on stalks, and can fold their wings. Dragonflies on the other hand, are gross and nasty-looking, larger, have eyes that are so large, they practically touch each other and take over their head, and are unable to fold their wings. Fun note, damselflies' bodies remind me of the 'pole' part of a fishing pole.

Yeah, I know, people told me about that before. :} It's because the Odonata order is just called dragonflies, at least here.

GO DRAGONFLY!
How close did you actually get to the dragonfly? They never let me with in about 5 feet.

I guess I had to be quite patient and followed it for a couple of minutes... I managed to get my cam maybe 20-30 cm from it?
