DRAWING and COLORING TUTORIAL :: Step 3 ::-Color bases-
On a new layer(down the line layer in multyply) i make tones.
-Color shadows and lights-
I go on making shadows and light with a very soft and smooth brush.
-First effects-
I make on a new layer some water effects and highlights, a keep on also the background, some shadows and I change the background color.
-More effects-
I go on with water-liquid effects, keep near a photo it's very usefull. I begin to work on the light sphere.
-Finished work-
Last effects on the light sphere, this part it's very funny, i like it! Now the results it's pretty fine, can I ultimate work with some other highlights on shoulder and tits and the game is gone.
I really hope you find this usefull and funny!

Thanks for taking this step by step for us amateurs. ^^
So that's the secret to clean lines... a light board! Oh, I feel so stupid, the answer was staring me in the face all along. This will be a great tutorial to look back upon.
Would you mind if I tried my hands on a new drawing using your tutorial, and then came back to get a pros opinion? ^_^

Dude, how the hell do you do the FX with the lighting. okay I got the solid bright light thing but the sun burst, you know the little fine particales of light shooting away from the sun burst? HOW?!?
Don't tell me its a brush with a fade. love the water and transparent look. too hot. ( I mean Cooooooooolllll)

I did a lot of geometrical lines in pshop, then i rotate and scaled it, at the end i made a distortion giving it a rounded look, finally i played on transparency at the corners

cool.it doesn't looks so hard but in fact it is...at least for me.
Dunno,I gues,when i try drawing and painting digital,the tablet doesn't let me control it,and i have no movement control,and everything becomes all messy...If it makes any sence at all.
