Looks like the King of the Koopas himself Bowser is meeting an evil mermaid named Chelsea Van Der Zee, he even noticed that she looksvery similar to the Little Mermaid herself Ariel because of her apperance, and they both talk about their enemies Mario, Luigi, Peach, Oscar Marrero, and Ruby Gillman defeated them and foiled their plans, so they both made an agreement about joining forces with each other to get their revenges on the heroes for defeating them and foiling their plans to take over the Mushroom Kingdom and the entire ocean and they will soon be victorious, it's so wicked to see those two villains teaming up together as they're king and queen of their own empires.
