The squishy aspect I would say.
The more the breasts are firm and the less they bounce, make them to look like they're fake.
Natural breasts move and bounce a lot when they are big.
The best thing I can compare to a natural breast is a water bomb. Sound funny but the way a water bomb react and bounce is the cleverest thing I found to compare to a real breast
