This is my second piece in the Tribute to Type O Negative series. This one is a representation of what went through my head while listening to the song 'Life is Killing Me', from their new release of the same name. I used brushes byLike a Jew in ancient Spain

I know, man had some weird sensations with the same song. This is a great visual of it. The detail is so minute, who wouldn't be scared.

I tried to find the original pic of the surgeon so that you could see the difference. I did a lot of photo manipulation on the original photo and I added the roaches. I thought it would go well with the theme.

Very nice pic, love that creepy green. Great song too, I love the whole album personally. This is image reminds me a lot of another song you should check out, if you haven't heard of it already, "Dr Piranha" by Dog Fashion Disco. It's a weird song, but it's got that similar "evil surgeon" theme to it. Again, very nice work here

I choose this piece to comment on b/c it looked pretty cool in thumbnail. On closer inspection, here are a few things that could be changed if you wish. The cockroaches need a bit of blending in... they're too obviously ontop. The font placement is great, I reckon although the two red eyes there need a bit of work also. Nice piece!

thats some creepy stuff! the roaches look real like they were actually there! Im guessing they werent, and the cracks worked nicely as well, the blood looks good too, and I love the eyes on the doctor, not so sure about the eyes on the nurse in the back, but thats just me! awesome, keep it up

Thank you so much!! Hehe, the eyes of the nurse, I don't know I just tried that and liked the way it looked...adds to the creepiness of it all. Doctors are creepy, they have your life in their hands and most of them lose their sensitive side after being in their field for a while..
