I asked a good friend of mine what animal would he recommend i paint, and he suggested i paint a husky. (Which i thought was a very lovely idea indeed)So, i took his recommendation, and painted a husky!
I found inspiration by looking at this picture, fall-of-rain.deviantart.com/ar… Taken by fall-of-rain.deviantart.com/ . It's a very lovely picture, and i'm super happy that i got the permission to paint this piece! I'm very honored. ^^ I don't think i did the picture much justice, but i'm still really happy with how it turned out. 
I think my favorite parts of this piece is the nose, the whiskers, and the solar system. Please let me know what you think! Comments and favorites would be very much appreciated. ^^ Also, Let me know if there are any animals you'd like to see me paint, and i'll take it in to consideration.

Your friend has good taste in animals. Huskies are beautiful, cuddly-soft, intelligent, and very sweet. I think this artwork did do the picture (and breed) justice...It's a beautiful profile shot, and I like the background too!

Ah, well, there's a trick to it.... Rather then putting all the dots down individually, i get an old toothbrush, put paint on it, and then flick it all over the place. And then i keep flicking until it looks good, but it's a little tricky to tame because you can never get it to flick in the exact spot you want it to..... XD Cool, thanks.

I guess if you just painted it white again, but it sucks. XD I accidentally got some flicks on the white surface i was painting on..... o_o

Hmm... could I flick before painting the rest of the drawing ? For example how did you manage not to ruin your dog, did you paint it after space ?

Ah, well i did the basic outlines of the husky first, then i painted my background without painting to much over the husky, and did the flicks as well. ^^ Then i painted in the husky and stuff. So, yes, you can flick before painting the rest.

Oh my gosh. How did you know???? O_O There's this picture, (not of a black bear, but a brown one), that i have in my favorite's that i think is just awesome. I totally want to draw it, so after i paint this next thing, (I have another painting coming up. Care to guess what it is?) i'm going to ask the photographer's permission to paint the bear picture.
