Description
This is another piece which is part of the weekly theme paintings I've been doing with TheObliviousOwl . It's great drawing with him; I got discouraged several times with this one, but I think it turned out quite well. The prompts which inspired this piece were: dynamic angle, ghostly, rose, and fire. The "fire" here was a bit of a stretch and there are a lot of areas I could have done better on (such as the hand, face, and roses), but that's okay--I kinda like this one haha.

This piece was also inspired by the story of Sleeping Beauty.

I asked TheObliviousOwl what he thought the story of my piece was and he said this: It's about a girl who's been asleep her whole life and dreams about being awake, because she knows she's dreaming. And the day she wakes up, she realizes she's blind.
