The Rage of Makiling. This is a speedpaint inspired by the legend of Mariang Makiling, a fairy/goddess of Filipino mythology who reputedly guarded the forests and mountains. She rewarded those who respected the earth but would withdraw her gifts and disappear when humans became too greedy. I wanted to depict her as hurt and angry, ready to visit her wrath upon silly humans. She does not actually have horns, that's just me being me.
