Oh my god. So you're brilliant in Pixel Art as well. Not that I'm surprised, not in the slightest! You are awesome, keep it up!
Though it could need a tiny bit of animation for the body, like, just a little movement. The eyes look amazing and fluent, but it feels too "static" if you know what I mean.

Why is that? It should be exactly the same way you did the eyes, depending on the programm you use. I think even a minimalistic motion for the lower body could do wonders here! (:

The eyes were pretty good though, I think you are good in animating.
I'd suggest to maybe make the head/upper body move a tiiiny bit to the right, slowly, then heading back to where it started. If you manage to make that look smooth, it'll be just amazing ^-^
