Personality: Arctic is generally a cold and cynical person who can easily rub off as unemotional and heartless. His strong insecurities makes it hard for him to open up to others or express how he feels. Arctic is known for his stubbornness and it near impossible to negotiate with once his mind is set. Despite having a cold nature, he can be rather kind and friendly to those he is close to, even becoming loyal. He will often try to make those he cares about happy even at the expense of his own joy. Arctic is closest with his Chimera Silver, who serves as his voice. He refuses to refer to Silver as just a servant or a pet, seeing her as a friend and trusting her enough to allow her into his thoughts. Arctic can be relatively timid, being afraid of most humans. It was once stated that he is afraid of most types of Chimera, especially Alamar.Β

Head Shot Tutorial: GlacierAlright, so I whipped together a step by step guide on how I draw a head shot. I think each step is detailed on how I drew the picture at that part and hopefully it helps you guys out in some way. well I'm quiet and rather introverted :/ so I don't go out of my way to talk to others, at least not in RL. Socializing is not a strength I have
No problem ^^ I can't remember who I made that for since one of my friends wanted to learn how to make head shots or something along those lines, also others have wanted to see me draw and that's as close as I can get to show them how I draw ^^ I wish you luck with the practice

Β that was the earliest picture I have made and kept, I just kept telling myself that practice is the only way to get better, to draw like the artists I look up to. I'm completely self taught and this picture shows me the progress I have made. I have only gotten better and eventually found my own style ^^Β

Thank you ^^ I created Arctic about 6 or 7 months ago :/ and I had a lot of time to develop him. He has actually changed a lot since then in terms of personality. his back story has stayed roughly the same, slight alterations to help the manga run more smoothly and to develop other characters. I have a simple formula for writing character bios that can be altered to fit the series they are in ^^ It sometimes helps to write those perks down to develop a character ^^ I'm sure your characters would be great with a story for them, writing bios can be relaxing when the ideas are not forced.

thank you :3 it's meant to symbolize a Supernova (An exploding large star) The base is actually from referencing Polaris, our north star, so you could say it's Polaris going supernova, I think it's large enough to ^^
