Unique Traits: The silver star in her eyes, light blue scar in the shape of a heart under her left eye
Personality: Pluto is usually a reserved individual who lives an isolated lifestyle with her satellites. This causes her to lack in interacting with others, and will usually result in aggressive meetings. Despite her clear aggression, Pluto is actually very shy and doesn’t do well around strangers or others she is not familiar with, she also has a rather soft spoken, deepish voice. Pluto is relatively quiet and doesn’t speak much, she is shown to not understand emotions and generally doesn't care about the lives around her as a result of her occupation. She harbors a lot of spite for the Planets and humans, not caring if her rebuilding destroys others.

You mean drawing Pluto? If so I'm perfectly fine with that ^^ I enjoy seeing others draw my characters, my only rule is to properly credit me for the character. I guess a heads up is that Pluto is female, strange given where the name comes from but she is meant to personify the dwarf planet not the god XD

Interesting that a being older than the Earth itself has an actual birthday on the modern, Earth-year based calender. I guess there was already a system of time measurement in place when she was born?
About the light blue scar under her right eye: Either it's too light to show up in this picture, or it's under her covered eye, which is the left one.
Excuse my ignorance, but do you mean for her to be so overpowered? In a story involving multiple godlike beings, giving the powers of creation, destruction, and death all to the same one feels a bit overkill.

She is same age as Earth (I flipped the 4 and 6 by accident while typing) :/ and her birthday is based on the date Pluto was discovered, the actual day she and the other planets were born is unknown so I just go with the day discovered. For the sake of simplicity I just use Earth time for all the characters since if you wanted to use time based for each planet then it would all be very different as it flows differently for each object. Pluto herself was never alive, just having a humanoid form connected the the dwarf Planet, she was created when Hulda died in a separate series. 
Her powers are based on what Pluto controls in astrology which is destruction and rebirth and what the god himself had, trust me the dwarf planet has much more influence than I gave the character to tone down the power.

The way I execute her abilities do limit her in what she can do, Pluto is in fact much weaker than most of the planets, she has a weak defense and is incredibly weak against heat and fire. She only sounds over powered but in reality is very restricted.
