1908 - Istabul

"The throne stands empty in the halls of the Palace, there are reports that the Sultan has fled to Vienna. The red banner of the people can be seen across Istanbul, from the Hagia Sophia to Topkapı Palace. In the span of a month a dynasty that ruled the empire for six centuries fell apart. Not by the hands of foreign powers but by the wrath of the workers. For too long has the Sultan opressed our people, for too long have the Pashas ruined our empire. We did what we had to do to save our sick nation, by forcing the cure down the throat of our oppressors.

Even though we have successfully exiled the Imperialist from our lands, there are still many challenges ahead of us in our quest to bring our state into the modern age. We must reform and create a union that can represent all the people of our state. We must work in the factories and on the fields, grab our hammers and our sickles. We must also grab our rifles because Tyrants of Imperialism will return and try to quell the workers revolution. They will try to plant seeds of rebellion among our brother with ideas of nationalism and liberalism. But they will not succeed! From the Adriatic to the Caspian, from the Danube to the Nile. We will stand in solidarity for eternity!"
