It is..........Well you see the noses are kinda hard to do, I mean there are all types of them that you have to use that will match your style. I guess this artist decided they didn't want to bother with the hassle and just left out the noses. That's pretty smart of them....Or at least I think so.

I do believe they still can smell even if the artist didn't draw the noses on them......Or at least it should be implied and known that they are humans and can still smell. Plus, this is what makes this series so unique. As far as I know, there isn't another anime that has the characters without noses.
