It's Uncle Creepy from the old/new Creepy comics. The old comics were made by Warren Magazine. The new ones are put out by Dark Horse Comics.

There's a lot of 60's/70's style horror art in Eric Powell's work, so I wouldn't be surprised at all. Plus, I believe he's doing work on the new Creepy, I've seen a couple covers from him on there. I wouldn't put it past him, he does great stuff!

Yes he does he's 1 of my fave artist!his covers are ver detailed and awsome! Dark Horses thing has always to me have been horror and comedy comics more than superheros!
