Lovely colouring and light/shading indeed- it deffintily got that mystical air to it that goes with the magic aspect of the druids. She does kinda look more like a warriorprincess than a classical druid,

In addition to what MeisterP had to say, you've also got proportional problems. Her left and right arms are not the same size, and her right leg is twisted at an odd angle. Her hair looks like a great gob of dried chewing gum, and it's just kinda laying there, not flowing down across her shoulders like it should.
The armor also looks like it's straight on, while she's rotated slightly. There aren't enough shadows being cast by the armor onto her skin, like strong lighting like that would dictate. Also, if her torso is all brightly lit like that, other portions of her body would be as well, like her thigh, and the metal on her armor, and the bark on the tree she leans against.
I would also recommend making her a little more muscularly defined, like the Night Elves. Right now, there's nothing but the armor to suggest she's a Night Elf. Give her the glowy eyes, a hint of the long ears, and some buffness, and she'd be a lot more like a Night Elf.
And yes, these are all things I think would help make this a much better piece.

Asking if there's anything worth painting on something is kind of a trick question. Art has to come from your heart and soul, so if YOU think there is something worth painting, then there is merit to is, even if no one else likes it. All artists want others to like their work, but sometimes you just have to do things for yourself.
Now, for my personal opinion. I like the color scheme, but I'm such a freak for blue. I like that you've made her armor look like the armor Night Elves wear in most of the concept art. I think with some work, this could be some really good fanart.

hmmmmmm .... I see it and I can't really be happy about it. It's a nice piece, but there is something hindering it from being a great one
Like ... the proportions do not fit totally. I guess it's the head being too big for the body or vice versa. You have also been inspired by a game which means that you got to improve on the details. Right now the chest and hip armor does look way too simple. Just look at the hip piece and think about what does hold it together ? A belt would be a good idea .... maybe with some dagger or pouch.
I would also advise that you decide if you either want a fog that softens things .. or a soup fog that wafts and hides things. In the first case you need to make the outline of the body more visible again. In the latter case you need to make the fog more dense around the vanishing parts of the body as well as add some visible tendrils. Right now it looks like some parts are not finished instead of a mystical forest hiding it's druids.

I looked at that and thought, 'she looks like a night elf.' Very good, my one critcism is the lack of pointy ears but I like it very much.
