Poor Butters can’t catch a break. In the South Park episode “You Got…” Butters had a traumatic experience at a tap dance recital that killed 8 people and wounding several others. I have a feeling though that despite getting therapy for this, there’s a good chance Stephen and Linda still grounded him for it.

Let’s face it, they’re the WORST parents in South Park, punishing poor Butters for the stupidest reasons. When it seemed like he needs medical attention (Jared Has Aides), put something out of place in the pantry (The Ungroundable), or nearly tried to kill himself (Margarine), all they to do is ground him, even if it wasn't his fault!
