Oh PokeSpedia is the new fact/trivia book that came out for the manga's 20th anniversary. In the book there was a relationship chart, and there was a red line between the two do them, referring to mutual romantic feelings.
And yeah, I know their feelings for each other were revealed previously, but it was nice to see another official source confirming it.
