Paint tool Sai, I used the ink pen in this picture, but it really all depends on what I want to use. Sometimes I use acrylics or just the plain old pen.

I use what I find, but I really don't prefer inking in real life. It's messy for me. I tend to make darker pencil lines and clean it up for a smoother and (in my opinion) fresher look.

Pen tool in Photoshop. It makes my line art look very boxy. But that's only how I use it. I need more practice.xD
