I've followed this since about page 30 and enjoyed the entire run. I thought you ended at a logical break, but if there's more to be told, I'm all eyes. Also, I'm fascinated by the implicit multiple meanings of "Take Two" in the comic.
What do you use for the page layout?

Little "appendixes" are not uncommon in manga either. They tidy up loose threads.
For software I use photoshop 3.05. Ancient, I know, but I bought it back when it was first released, and it still does everything I need.
I am also glad that someone has realized that "Take Two" has significant and multiple meanings. I think most people miss this.

So you just create a blank page-size image and then drop the render images in to suit? Kewl.
I think I remember coming up with 4 "takes", some variants of others - and I may have missed some, I wasn't really trying.

The blank page has the lines and page number already there, with some guidelines as well. Those get turned off after it's laid out.

-The two versions of Sonya from the families perspective
-Take two people and make one from them.
-Take two shattered families and make one from them
-Take to gender confused individuals and make a couple.

OK, as a function of your posting the codicil I've gone back and re-read the story. It was good when I read it as it appeared; all in one sitting, front to back, it is one gut-kicking INCREDIBLE work.
As Sonya is the only 'survivor' of Thomas' family, I can't buy your "two shattered families" above; how about: "Take two who lost their sisters - and bring their sisters back".
