I was stuck on drawing a Jekyll and Hyde model sheet, and this came out instead. I've always been looking for a half-decent girl!Jekyll--why didn't I think of this sooner? (Based on a lunchtime conversation, by the by.)
I've never actually watched Hanna Montana, but I fully expect the story to sound EXACTLY LIKE THIS. If I watch it, and it doesn't, I will be very disappointed. >(

I saw this the first time and forgot to comment. There's another take on this, though. It's partially inspired by Lady Gaga, but I rather like the idea of a celebrity with a secret identity because it just becomes that much easier for them to become a supervillain. And really, that scheme would make a lot of sense. They do whatever they need to and get a steady stream of income. Then on the side, they've got some evil plot like arms dealing or just funding R&D for some big scary doomsday device. It'd be rather great if there was some sort of League of Celebrity Villain that consists of people like Gaga, Cyrus, and Marilyn Manson.

I would totally go for Gaga as a supervillainess. However, I personally feel that would be a career path too interesting for the likes of someone as.... kinda generic and friendly-ish as Miley Cyrus. I would look to someone with a darker soul.... like Justin Beiber.

Maybe that interesting haircut is actually a toupee and he's been shaving his head. That would help hide his identity. The other option is that Justin is actually a "self-made man", a young woman in her twenties masquerading as a teenage boy. Really, that'd be pretty great. It's quite amazing what one can do now with music technology to manipulate the voice. Sometimes if you have just the right timbre and tone, no can tell you from a girl or a boy.
But what nefarious plans does he/she have in store?!

Sure. 8D GO CRAZY ON FIGURE DRAWINGS. First practice a whole lot, then add these tidbits:
--LOTS of color. Color=creativity for Calarts.
--DON'T follow a set structure of proportions, especially in the face. I overheard a conversation recently from some people complaining that applicants focus too much on set rules about figure drawing, which apparently makes their work look "stiff"
--yeah uhhhh creativity. 8| That's pretty much what they like to see.
Add sketchbooks and animations if you'll think they'll help
