Personality
Jesse is a pretty social girl, probably taking any chance to talk to you. She requires more friends, considering hers are younger or older than her.
She's pretty friendly, not quite the mean type or snap at you really, unless you're being a rat to her. But even then, she'll try to keep her cool and calm.

Besides that, she's also generally sarcastic and jokes a lot, trying to make people laugh most of the time, being it her life goal practically, having to fulfill. Asides from that, soon as you're friends with Jesse, well, separation anxiety comes into play. She'll become pretty anxious that you won't come back after a while, and becomes way too excited when you return or come back to talk to her. Its pretty odd, but generally just makes her happy.

History
Jesse's whole backstory is pretty casual. Jesse grew up on the coast, living right on the beach. She liked running around on the beach or collecting sea-shells to take them back to her mother, who accepted them and would make decorations or hang them on the wall in her room.

Asides from that, she went to a pretty normal school for the most part, it was across town but it was the closest one to her. She made her friends, Snowlily, Pippa, and maybe Freckles? Freckles wasn't really a friend in her book, considering she was mostly rude. Anyway, life continued on until they seemed to go their different ways.

Jesse took on the hobby of surfing, ending up teaching some kids for free how to do it that lived on her street.
That was until she learned of Lilypad, where two out of three friends had gone, so she moved there on May 21st.
She had to get through the storm that was there, but survived through all the dramatic events leading up to today.
