Hah! We have them here seasonally. They're huge and ugly, but not particularly frightening. They smell pretty bad though. And their babies, call wieners, are so cute. My friend and I once had to race two super-wieners (so called for being exceptionally large), to get to the top of this dune. It was pretty epic. We were less than five feet away from them (which is technically illegal, but we had no choice), and their big giant black soul sucking eyes were locked onto us. xDDD
