For some reason I really like doors, gates, etc. They are somehow attractive to me -- like allegories for life, in still form. This picture is captivating on many levels -- but one detail that caught my eye is the apparent place where walls used to connect to this gate, and are now gone ... yet the gate superstructure remains. Excellent capture! Thank you for sharing.

yes I saw that too, lucky they kept the gate, I believe it is now a carpark for a health centre
