Description
Here's a slightly better photo showing the three dimensionality of the forgings. I'll be called upon to do some additional pieces for this estate (hopefully this coming year 2008),as they wish to build a front entrance from the sidewalk with matching walkway gate and railings. Currently the front door is in the back of the house at the end of the steep driveway,(bad feng shui). The house is an exquisite 1928 Arts and Crafts Style home, very spacious, lots of light from big windows and LOTS of rooms. The pool has no railing around it so the only barrier from the street is my driveway gate and what I build in the front of the house. this requires me to fabricate to code(no 4"gaps) which is a royal pain in the ass if you're trying to create beauty...

My work at this point is to develop the discipline to trust the Universe to provide...
I guess I'm still needing to do some work in that area.

u and me both. we here are working on the very same thing. It IS a matter of trust, but a difficult one to achieve. I'm finding the more i trust and say, 'what ever will be, will be', seems more comes our way. The more that comes our way, the more i learn to trust..... anyway, good luck.

Greatness.
Do you edit your photos with photoshop or something? I ask because every picture you have seems to have really high contrast and/or some kind of over bright filtering or something.

Yes I do,
I use smart sharpen an awful lot, unless I'm doing some artistic treatment to a nude shot for instance. I try to use whatever is serviceable to bring out the details I wish to reveal. This means even with a shot of a gate or some other decorative piece, I might use accented edges or some other art tool to show what I think is important in the work...
