How did I do it? A globe, small drill, a water filled syringe, a patient fish in a fish tank and finally Photoshop!

That is a really creative concept! Great work on the highlights and the reflecton of the water inside the glass bulb-- it really makes me double take and think it is so real! Nice clean work!
