Description
After the defeat of the Elemental Graces, the player returns to Monstavia HQ only to find Juntaga revived in a stronger form. Defeated at the hands of the hero, Juntaga retreats into his new fortress, the Crystal Brain. A new island is revealed on the World Map revealing three new dungeons:

Stage Boss: Hadeon Machine (Rank B Fire Type Monsters and Rank B Dark Type Monsters)

Former Belltower
Stage Boss: Underguard (Rank B Earth Type Monsters and Rank B Steel Type Monsters)

*Once you gain the 3 Antidote Keys, the player will break the barrier blocking the entrance to Crystal Brain's interior. Crystal Brain has 5 different layouts which are randomized upon arrival. (Layout 1 has Rank A Fire and Ice type Monsters, Layout 2 has Rank A Air and Water type Monsters, Layout 3 has Rank A Earth and Steel type Monsters, Layout 4 has Rank A Light and Dark type monsters and Layout 5 has Rank A Electric and Null Monsters.)*

Crystal Brain
Stage Boss: Juntaga (Rank A Monsters of all types)

*Once you defeat Juntaga, you unlock New Game + which makes the monsters higher leveled and gives the bosses new attacks. You can also get some new effects for your Recruitment Ring. You unlock the postgame which has several new dungeons, also you can now select Tournament Battles above Rank A at the Monster Amphitheatre.*
