Description
There are several zones in this map, you can choose to access the dungeons the dungeons in any order though the game's Story Quests require you to go certain dungeons in a certain order.
Aside from Monstavia HQ ( seen in the upper centre) and the Monster Amphitheatre (seen lower left) , the player can choose from these dungeons:

Aero Fortress
Stage Boss: Whirlarmour (Rank C- Air Type Monsters)

Abandoned House
Stage Boss: Pyrogeist (Rank C- Fire Type Monsters)

Tatartower
Stage Boss: Tartarobra (Rank C- Dark Type Monsters)

Upperhaven
Stage Boss: Abstrangel (Rank C-Light Type Monsters

Undersea Abyss
Stage Boss: Abysscreeper (Rank C- Water Type Monster)

Blizzard Barricade
Stage Boss: Grapulex (Rank C- Ice Type Monsters)

Gamma Plant
Stage Boss: Gamecha (Rank C- Steel Type Monsters)

Voltage Works
Stage Boss: Motoret (Rank C- Electric Type Monsters)

Underground Layer
Stage Boss: Gaeus (Rank C- Earth Type Monsters)

* Once all sections of Tutorial Mountain (which can be accessed via Monstavia HQ) have been completed, the five secret bosses will appear.
Alf Layla is fought in the desert area, Megalodon is fought in the Ocean area, God Dragon is fought in the Sky area, Skyaiser is fought in the Grass area and Abysaura is fought in the Poison area. *

* Completing the dungeons during the story causes another island to be revealed, that island has 3 more dungeons that need to be cleared to gain access to Crystal Brain. Though you can choose to go to Crystal Brain, you won't be allowed through until the barrier blocking the entrance is shut down.*

* For those wondering why there isn't a Null Type dungeon, it's because they isn't a Null Type Guardian, the only boss in the story who happens to be a Null type is Juntaga himself. Juntaga is first fought in Monstavia HQ after the player completes either one the sections of Tutorial Mountain or all of them, he is later fought again after the player goes back to Monstavia HQ after completing all the dungeons on the island. He is then fought in Crystal Brain, the game's final dungeon.*
