Better look at the backgrounds from edgell.deviantart.com/art/Soniβ¦The white parts and the fact that the ark is half finished is because characters were blocking those parts, so it'd been pointless to do those bits.

Honestly, Since this is Sonic X. I don't ever remember the picture of Dr.Eggman's flagship in the Anime. It's from Sonic Heros, but still absolute great work!

Well the actual pic's meant to be like a sort of teaser to a new season of Sonic X where it would cover newer game storylines, including Heroes. So that's kinda why I chose it.

Thank you. Yeah, I didn't intend to put this much work in the background from the start but when I was at like mid-coloured it suddenly came to me.
[link] This guide helped me a lot, especially for clouds and the sky. I've yet to try how he did grass and trees tho'. Might help ya too. =]
