He's like this mysterious figure. He can just kind of appear in places, being helpful to those who deserve it, and more so harming those who have evil souls/ intentions

What about Spark or Cinder, Blistering/Ardent Ashes? In our country there is a saying: "Honest can't get burned" and that kinda reminded me of him... Y'know, I think of him as about an unmistakable judge who executes the punishment all alone.
