Sure. 
I would like both to have lynx cheek whiskers, whitetail deer tail, ears are both pointy but the first head has scooby-doo type ears. The same type of mane as the original above, tiger stripe markings the color of desert sand, base body color is midnight blue, mane has thousands of star dots on it as well on the back of tail (base color for mane is blue-black). Tiger stripe markings are on the face and the same color as the main markings, while the main color for the head and ears is the same as the base body color. Gill marks are on the front legs and are the color of gold (for the middle of the gill marks) and green-black (for the outer lining of the marks).
I think that is pretty much it.

I wrote down what you wanted but another question. Do you want this character on the same base as the Spooky pupper one?? To add more small details like the gills I may have to switch to a larger lineart or did you really like this chibi look. I just thought I'd ask before attempting it
