Lets see... from my observation (i dont comment like this much)
Effects: pen and ink, purple
Smoke: coming from dead spartan hitting the floor

For the effects, it was indeed pen and ink but no purple, next-gen if I recall correctly.
The smoke comes from the dead Spartan hitting the floor but the dark cloud on the right was already here, I don't know how, I guess it's because of the combined effects.
And yes, it's Breakpoint, nice. ^^

Hmmm, the effects look like its with purple, lol.
Its part of the map, i know that, the white comes from the distant cloud/fog.
