Well, this is my first attempt at vectoring. Cant say I am terribly impressed but I am quite happy with it as far as first attempts go.I used some shapes, and the pen tool in Illustrator for this.
Really enjoyed learning to build up an image in this way; even if `ChewedKandi is a bit of a slave driver.

lol. i feel pretty blonde right now. i looked at it and was like, its a polaroid? what? thats not vector!
but then i read your comments. and now i get it. hahaha...right..slow synapsis firing over here. you should make something to go inside now! other than that, pretty darn good. i cant do things like this, just people. ^_^

Well done, Paul! No doubt, Shar's going to pay me out for the next forever because I thought it was a real polaroid... Of course, putting on my glasses helped me see the vector a bit better!
Really though, considering this is vector, you've shown to have good control of the pentool.

To be perfectly honest babes, you've done very well for your first vector.
You show great control of the pentool and have grasped how to pick up on detailing which makes it look more than a black square on a white background.
Your theory on vectoring as we went along, without my assistance, is brilliant... you have a lot of potential with this and although you don't see this as impressive, you've created something which has shown you have what it takes to take this further.
You may find this vector useful in the future as a frame to one of you vectors, so it's been a good choice for your first vector.
