I love the effect around the sphere and the hair color was changed masterfully
The tattoo would probably be a little more contorted because of her chest's angle, but other than that everything in this picture is very well put together. The eyes are amazing. I had to go back and forth a few times to make sure they weren't really like that, and of course, the color choice is awesome ^^

I think you're right about the tattoo. I used the free transform to try and distort it, and was frustrated that it would only divide into a 9-grid, like tic-tac-toe. Any pointers on how I could have done it better?

honestly, I'd print out the picture and rough sketch it onto her, then scan it back in and redraw it with the pen tool in a new layer, then add that layer to the original, if that makes sense, but I rely a lot on traditional drawing, so it might be different for you

oh... I know there's ways to distort it by moving the ball in the center and things like that, but I'm not super skilled in that stuff for photoshop yet... You could look up tutorials on distortion maybe
