The title may be misleading to the actual image, but it's a mixture between the rain and the flowers, which are called, "Bleeding Hearts."I took this a few weeks ago during a rainy day. I love to see great quality like this, especially with a camera like the one I have to use.
Photography is definitely art, in my mind <3.
