Here is my tutorial. I don't actually use patterns all that much, so I don't have one for him.
Hope that helps!

OK IMMA ASK.
How did you make the eyes? I've been wanting to make another Jake the Dog plush, but this time, I want to make the puffy, 3D eyes like the kind you made here! I made them flat last time, two pieces of fleece each, cut and then sewn smoothly over each other. It looked good, but it didn't look QUITE like Jake, in that they didn't lift off his face like in the cartoon. HUMPH.
So, I was wondering, is there any way you can tell me how you did the eyes here? I can't figure out how to pattern the eyes so that the bottoms and sides are lack, and the top is a perfect circle of white.
I'd really appreciate a few pointers!

What I did was I made the main flat circles for the eyes at the size that I wanted. Then I took about a 1 1/2-2" (I can't remember the exact measurement) thick piece of fleece that I sewed around the flat circle (about a 1/2" seam overlap). I then hidden stitched the eyes directly onto the face and stuffed it as I went.
I hope that helps!
Link me to your Jake when you finish it!

Thanks!! I actually didn't use a pattern when I made this, haha.
Maybe I could whip one up? I was planning on making a smaller version of Jake anyway. Maybe I should do it right this time!
Things are super busy with me right now, but I will keep this in mind!

Jake the Dog!!
Would so get that. You should try to make Jake when he's just a regular dog with a man-baby body
