Date of Completion: 08/08/2019
I was flicking through some of my screenshots of Fable 1 and found a one that I took of my character in full Neutral Plate Armour, The Chicken Hat and The Legendary Ronok the Axe.
No idea what possessed me to take the screenshot while in the combat stance, but I had the urge to try and draw it, cause I have always found the Chicken Hat pretty funny.

Though I am usually not one to focus on poses, I am honestly more surprised I got the armour to look the way it is.
The irony that the only time I was able to draw it was for a character with a Chicken Hat. Lol.

It's usually a big part of why I am not the type to do commissions or anything like that.
I prefer no strict schedule and do drawings (digital or traditional) when I feel like it.
Then I am not only relaxed and focused, but passionate to the best of my ability. Confident even.
If people expect me to just do something there and then, I lose all sight in what inspired me, thanks to pressure.
I remember my lecturers in college telling me: "Your work is great, why aren't you in school often?"
Since my attendance is not a reflection of my skill or experience.

That strange but I m the same. The only thing i can do right now its art trades or requests.
I never done a comission, maybe because I m affraid of failing the one I m doing the comission for.
But if its a request the pressure its not as high or for an art trade.
Honestly i do prefer request from friends.
If you want me to draw soemthing you like, always its gonna be a pleasure.

it's weird, when I draw something that comes strictly from my own imagination, then I am forced to make it strictly my own art-style
but when I am doing an observational drawing, it has to be as close to the originals shape and art-style as possible. no exceptions.
In a way, it helps me learn how the original creator made it and gives me more variety to work with when I do something from my imagination.

Yeah its very good practice drawing with reference. I do it all the time, no shame in that.
