I got a tattoo done about a month ago (on Ringo's birthday ironically), and putting it on my wrist was the best decision ever.

I've suffered with GAD and clinical depression for years. Suicide has crossed my mind many times and self-harm was inflicted in the past... mostly (and for the last time) on the wrist you see in the photo before you.

I had not cut since April 21st, 2017.

Because I love John Lennon so much, I wanted the infamous 1969 "self portrait" with IMAGINE written at the bottom. This is a constant reminder to live for what I love and for what saves me; John Lennon and The Beatles have 101% saved me over the course of 10 years, and I am so blessed to be a Beatlemaniac because of that.
