What if Super Mario Bros. & co. formed a heavy metal band? It was a concept a friend of mine went over with me and it went on to inspire the piece before you. I had started working on the project months ago but it wasn’t until recently that I finally completed it due to commissions, other ongoing projects, and series of delays. Suffice it to say, I’m glad to finally see it fully realized now. What subgenre(s) of metal do you think Mario’s band would play and what would their name be? Let me know in the comments below!
